My many years in the Girl Scouts and Boy Scout Venture programs gave me the courage to try new things. During the National Youth Leadership Training Course, I built skills that were later refined as a program lead. My drive to learn as well as my positive attitude led me to become a professional Scuba Instructor.
I have committed myself to learning everything possible in my Theater and English programs. Working in the Costume Shop and most main stage productions since my first year at UMW has been very gratifying and I enjoy the challenges that come from learning a new craft.
